367Labs built the STOKiE as a FREE app. This SERVICE is provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at STOKiE unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy details how your personal information is collected and processed by 367Labs when you use the STOKiE PRO mobile application.
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download, register and use the Application.
(a) When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide your full name, email address.
(b) the information you provide us when you contact us for help.
(c) the information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as likes, downloads and gradients users make.
We may use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing
promotions.
In addition, the Application may collect the following information automatically: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile
devices unique device ID, your IP address, your advertising ID, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, and information about the way you use the Application.
This service allows this Application to connect with the User’s account on the Google network, provided by Google.

Users are responsible for any Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third
party’s consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

(a) to provide, personalize and improve our Products and services you request and send you related information, as requested by you / as, agreed with you;
(b) to provide and maintain the App experience;
(c) to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
Our processing for the above purposes is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are
facilitate the delivery of requested products and services and enable maintenance and update of the App, see Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
(d) to provide you with news and information about the Application;
(e) to monitor and analyze usage of the Application;
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected
information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the
Application, please contact us at 367labs@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
When you delete your account we delete all identifiable information about you as detailed above in section 1.
We disclose information about you to the following categories of third parties:
(a) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
(b) other users in order to provide certain features built into the Application
The use of shared information is not covered by this privacy policy. To know how your information is used by one of our partners please consult their privacy policies by following the links next to each partner.
In addition, we use server hosting providers, CDN solution providers, database solutions and other solutions that allow us to process all information for the normal operations of the Application.
If 367Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
If we asked for your consent to process specific personal information as described in the sections above you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at 367labs@gmail.com or directly from the Application settings.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or
her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at 367labs@gmail.com. We will delete such information from
our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect
the information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, developer improves our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
